Tanya Luedke

Tanya Luedke is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales enablement and project management within the water management and agricultural technology sectors. Currently serving as Chief Of Staff at Agcor, by AQUAOSO Technologies, PBC, since August 2021, Tanya plays a key role in enhancing the agricultural lending process. Prior experiences include roles as Revenue Enablement Manager at Banyan Water and Director of Sales Enablement and Delivery, where significant contributions were made in developing pricing models and sales presentation materials. Tanya has served as Director of Sales Enablement at FATHOM, focusing on sales tools and financial modeling for projects, and has completed multiple master plans for water distribution and wastewater systems in previous project management roles. Holding a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Akron and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Youngstown State University, Tanya possesses a strong technical background complemented by practical consulting experience.
