Diane Tolley has over 25 years of work experience in the manufacturing industry. Diane began their career in 1994 as a Team Leader at MG Rover. In 2005, they joined Goodyear/Dunlop as a Shift Supervisor, where they were responsible for shift handover meetings, verifying safety and quality machine start up documentation, liaising with shift engineers, performing Return To Work Interviews, attending various meetings, writing/presenting daily communications, performing daily H&S Audits, managing holidays, booking hours on system, collecting end of shift totals, generating paperwork for KPI's, scrap & waste, OEE and end of shift handover documentation, performing end of shift handover, updating personnel records, maintaining and monitoring KPI/OEE data and records, updating training matrix and training documentation, investigations and disciplines, C. I. project activities, accident investigations, action and document near miss and H&S observations reported, preparing end of month shift report, ordering, documenting and monitoring PPE requirements, Target Zero activities, verifying, authorizing and processing operator weekly clock cards for wages dept and planning labour and over time requirements for following week. In 2014, they moved to JLR as an Industrial Engineering/Manpower Planner, where they worked in the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Department, improving the efficiency of standard process and cycle times, creating MOST Patterns, validating Trim & Final line balance, identifying and implementing opportunities for improvements and updating internal systems. In 2015, they joined GKN Aerospace as a Supervisor Production, where they were responsible for producing Aerospace windows to the highest quality, exceeding and maintaining product safety critical standards, training and developing teams, health and safety activities, monitoring and improving absenteeism, organizing O/T requirements, achieving, managing and recording volume requirements and monthly delivery targets, working to tight deadlines, monitoring and improving losses and down time, improving lead times, reacting to manning and labour requirements, co-ordinating continuous improvement activities, practicing lean manufacturing, creating and presenting regular team briefs & communications, developing, maintaining, auditing and regularly submitting KPI's, conducting formal disciplinary investigations, managing and reducing scrap and waste, practicing 5s and 7 forms of waste, cost saving projects, producing and maintaining Risk, COSHH and Manual Handling Assessments and producing end of month KPI and progress reports. In 2017, they joined Aquapak Polymers Ltd as a Manufacturing Manager and QSHE Manager, where they had over 4 years of experience in leading and supporting all areas of the business to adopt and conform to all QMS, Health and safety legislation, advising best practice to create and maintain policies, statements and procedures, plan, manage, implement and monitor all QMS and processes, protective and preventative safety measures and promote and instil a positive safety culture.

Diane Tolley attended Turves Green Girls from 1982 to 1987. Diane obtained an ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Internal Auditor certification from NQA Global in November 2017, a NEBOSH General cert occupational H&S certification from NEBOSH in October 2017, an IOSH Managing Safely Course certification from IOSH in April 2017, a BASIC MOST "B" certification from TYE MANAGEMENT SERVICES LIMITED in June 2015, an IMS Management Services Certificate from the Institute Of Management Services in August 2002, a Mobile Elivating Work Platforms (verticle & boom) certification from the International Powered Access Federation (IPAF) in April 2017, and a Counterbalance - ABA category B1 FLT certification from Toyota Industrial Equipment Mfg., Inc. in April 2017.
