José Peças

José Peças has a comprehensive work experience in the field of water distribution and management. José started their career as a Commercial Manager at Centro Transitário Contir in 2002, where they were responsible for managing commercial activities. In 2003, José joined AdC - Águas de Cascais, S.A. as a Customer Management professional, a role they held until 2008. José then took on the role of Commercial Director at Águas do Sado, S.A. from 2008 to 2016, where they played a key role in overseeing commercial operations. In 2016, José transitioned to Aquapor Serviços, SA as the Head of Consumers Management. Presently, José is affiliated with APDA - Associação Portuguesa de Distribuição e Drenagem de Águas, serving as the Responsible for the Specialized Customer Management Commission since 2018. Overall, their work experience demonstrates a strong background in water management and a dedication to customer service.

José Peças has a diverse education history. José obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Doutoramento em Gestão from ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management in 2014. Prior to that, they completed a Master's degree in Ciências Empresariais from the same institution, graduating in 2013. In 2011, they also pursued a Pós-Graduação in Prospetiva, Estratégia e Desenvolvimento from ISEG.

Before their studies at ISEG, José Peças attended ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa, where they completed a Licenciatura in Organização e Gestão de Empresas.

In addition to their academic qualifications, José Peças has obtained several certifications. José received a PowerBI Desktop certification from GALILEU - Focus on Success in March 2023. In November 2022, they obtained the Francais Langue Étrangère - Niveau B1 (240h) certification from Alliance Française Lisbonne. In August 2014, they obtained the First Certificate in English from Cambridge English Language Assessment. Furthermore, they hold the DELE Diploma de Español como Lengua Extrangera from Instituto Cervantes, which they obtained in November 2013. Lastly, José Peças acquired the Certificado de Aptidão Profissional - Formador from IEFP in December 2005.
