Marianne Vinther

Marianne Vinther has over 25 years of work experience in various HR and management roles. Marianne is currently serving as the HR Director and Head of People & Organization at Aquaporin A/S since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at EKF Denmark's Export Credit Agency for over 11 years as the HR Director, overseeing financial services operations worldwide. Marianne joined EKF in November 2010 and held the position until February 2022. Before that, Marianne served as the HR Director at DSB, Danish Railways, from March 2006 to October 2010. At DSB, they played a key role in the green transformation initiatives and managed a team of 7 HR managers. Marianne's career began at Lundbeck A/S in 1995, where they held several roles including Director of Business Management and Project Manager in Strategic Marketing. At Lundbeck, they managed over 35 subsidiaries internationally and led a team of 8 business managers.

Marianne Vinther completed their MSc Econ. degree in Economics from Aarhus University between 1990 and 1995. In 1994, they attended Cranfield School of Management for a short duration, focusing on Financial planning & Investment theory, Economics, and M&A, earning an MBA.
