Vicky L. has extensive work experience in the field of operations management and has held various managerial roles in theme parks and entertainment companies. Vicky has worked as the General Manager / SVP at Aquawalk Sdn. Bhd., where they were responsible for operational planning and successful enhancement projects. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Operations at Meraas, managing their leisure and entertainment division. Vicky also has experience working at Emaar Entertainment LLC, where they were the Head of Operations for Sega Republic. Vicky was responsible for setting up the pre-opening of Sega Republic and developing new facilities. Vicky has also held managerial positions at Hyatt Plaza Shopping Mall and Aquawalk Sdn. Bhd., where they were involved in the re-development and operations of theme parks. Their career started at Sunway Theme Parks as an Assistant Operations Manager, overseeing all park operations. Vicky began their career at Starlight Express Indoor Theme Park as an Assistant Zone Leader.

Vicky L. obtained a Diploma in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Stamford College in 1990-1991. Later, in 2015-2017, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Jaipur National University. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) from ISO - International Organization for Standardization in 2021, IAAPA Certified Attractions Executive - ICAE from the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA) in 2020, and ISO 45001( 2018 ) Implementation Certification from Emirates Foundation Group in 2018, among others.
