Jim Phillips

Jim Phillips is a State Certified Cross Connections Inspector and Backflow Device Tester at Aquarion Water Company. Jim also worked as a Meter Reader for a large water utility in Connecticut and has experience as a Water Quality Field Technician at Daly Design Group, Inc. With a Bachelor of Arts in Landscape Architecture from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and multiple degrees and certifications from Norwalk Community College, Jim has a strong background in landscape design and environmental studies.
