Carmen Larsen

Carmen Larsen has extensive work experience in various roles. Carmen started their career at AQUAS, Inc. in 1990 as CEO, where they provided leadership and consulting services for healthcare, transportation, and agricultural marketing programs. Carmen also had a role as Senior Consultant at AQUAS, Inc., where they focused on program management, technology integration, and organizational capacity and change management consulting.

In 2012, Carmen joined BioEthx.org as a Senior Partner, where they worked on developing tools and technology to optimize the review and resolution of ethics concerns in healthcare. Carmen had previous experience in this field, providing support to the Veterans Health Administration and Boston Children's Hospital.

During their career, Carmen also worked at SRA, a CSRA company, as a Principal, and at American Management Systems AMS/CGI as a Manager, Customer Support. In these roles, they developed technical support capabilities, conducted benchmarking and performance comparisons, and supported statistical analysis reporting and data center resource utilization.

Throughout their work experience, Carmen has demonstrated expertise in areas such as healthcare, transportation, agriculture, technology integration, and ethics in healthcare. Carmen has worked both in national and international settings and has over 20 years of experience in their field.

Carmen Larsen obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Physics from Georgetown University, completing their education from 1969 to 1973. In 2006, they participated in the Executive Business Management Program at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, and they also attended the Tuck Executive Education at Dartmouth for an Executive Business Bootcamp, without specified start or end years. Carmen Larsen took an International Law course at American University School of International Service and attended Institut Saint-Dominique de Rome, although no start or end years were provided for these experiences. Additionally, Carmen Larsen obtained a certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) in December 2019 from the Project Management Institute.
