Margarita Baselga Navarro

Margarita Baselga Navarro has extensive experience in marketing and management roles spanning over two decades. Margarita is currently working as the Marketing Director at Aquaservice - Viva Aqua Service Spain S.A. since 2022. Prior to that, they held various positions at Unilever. From 2017 to 2020, they served as the Marketing Director Desserts EU and CdO Global Director. Before that, they were the Marketing Director for Ice Cream from 2012 to 2017. From 2009 to 2012, they held the position of Marketing Director for Savoury & Tea. Margarita also worked as the Marketing & Trademarketing Manager for Ice Cream Food Service & Frozen Foods OOH Division from 2003 to 2008. Margarita started their career at Unilever as an R&D Product & Process Development Manager from 1996 to 2002.

Margarita Baselga Navarro pursued a Master's degree in Food & Agricultural Biotechnology at the University of Reading from 1995 to 1996. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) from 1989 to 1995, earning a degree in Agricultural Engineering with a specialization in Agri-Food Industries. In 1998 to 1999, Margarita Baselga Navarro pursued another Master's degree in Business Management and Marketing of Agri-Food Companies at CEGEA, Universidad Politècnica de València.

In addition to their formal education, Margarita Baselga Navarro has obtained two certifications. In December of 2021, they received the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certification from the International Coaching Federation. Furthermore, in May of 2021, they obtained the SENIOR CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL COACH (CTA-SCPC) certification from the Coach Transformation Academy.
