Currently serving as CEO and Board Member of AQUASTONE since May 2019, Witold oversees the production of luxury bathtubs, washbasins, and shower trays under the FJORDD brand. Prior roles include Vice President and Plant Director at RICOR Group, General Manager for Europe at Hastings Manufacturing, and Plant Manager at SWM International, showcasing a strong background in factory management, strategic development, and operational optimization. Witold holds a PhD in Management and Production Systems from Poznan University of Technology and has a postgraduate degree in Business Psychology for Managers from Kozminski University, complemented by a Master of Science in Mechanics and Mechanical Engineering.
