Dean R. has extensive experience in leadership and management across various roles in operations and engineering. Currently serving as the Managing Member at Aquasyn LLC since February 2002, Dean oversees business operations, formulates policies, and evaluates executive performance. Previous positions include Vice President of Operations at Repligen Corporation and Co-Founder/Chief Operating Officer at ARTeSYN Biosolutions, where Dean developed strategic plans and managed day-to-day operations. Early career experience includes serving as Senior Design Engineer at Crane Process Flow Technologies Ltd. Dean R. holds an MBA in Business Administration, Management and Operations, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical & Manufacturing Engineering, both from the University of South Wales.
