Lisa Ball, Associate CIPD, has extensive experience in operations management, having held various roles at Aquaterra Energy since July 2011, including Operations Manager, Service Supervisor, and Operations Coordinator. Responsibilities include managing personnel mobilization and demobilization, invoicing, handling purchase orders, travel arrangements, training, and client communication. Prior to Aquaterra Energy, Lisa served as HSEQ Administrator/Operations Assistant at Enviroco Limited from June 2003 to June 2011, where duties involved generating reports, updating procedures and risk assessments, and assisting with audits. Early career experience includes being an HSEQ/Operations Assistant at UWG from 2000 to 2003, focusing on vehicle scheduling, client communication, purchase order processing, and customer invoicing. Educational background includes attendance at Great Yarmouth High School from 1992 to 1996.
