Previous roles include leadership positions at Aquaterra Energy Ltd, ODE – DORIS Group Company, and Sembmarine SLP, where Paul managed significant engineering projects and teams. Educational qualifications include an HNC in Engineering and an ONC in Mechanical and Production Engineering from Lowestoft College of Further Education.
