Joe Zhou

Joe Zhou is an experienced technology professional with a diverse background in software engineering and infrastructure operations. Currently serving as Infrastructure Operations Manager and Software Engineering Team Lead at Aquatic Informatics since November 2019, Joe previously held senior development and programming roles at Accurence, Pearl Street Capital Group, EBSCO Publishing, Carrier Access, Wyant Data Systems, Motorola, Blue Band, and Clarica Life Insurance Company. Joe has demonstrated expertise in system architecture, application development, and project leadership, notably architecting portfolio management systems and risk analysis tools, alongside enhancing ERP systems and improving application performance across various organizations. Joe holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Math and Business Administration from Concordia College.
