Edward Gangi

Edward Gangi has a diverse work experience, starting in 2019 with NWN Corporation. At NWN Corporation, they served as a Network Operations Center Engineer, proactively monitoring devices, assisting users with reported issues, and contacting service providers for timely resolutions. Edward later transitioned to the role of Customer Success Engineer, where they answered customer calls, resolved issues, and managed access requests using Active Directory, Service Now, and Okta. In 2022, Edward joined Aqueduct Technologies, Inc. as a Service Delivery Engineer.
