Miguel Garcia has extensive work experience in the field of system engineering and project management. Miguel is currently employed as a System Engineer at Aqueity Inc. since December 2021. Prior to that, from November 2016 to December 2021, they worked as a System Engineer at Ntiva, Inc., where they were responsible for assessing, architecting, project planning, implementing, documenting, and supporting computing environments, with a focus on Microsoft Azure. Miguel also managed and monitored systems for performance and availability.

Before joining Ntiva, Inc., Miguel worked at Level 3 Communications for several years. From September 2008 to August 2015, they served as a Project Manager and Country Head, responsible for managing the service delivery process and coordinating the installation and start-up of projects. Miguel also managed the Project Engineering team for delivering telecommunication services. From September 2007 to September 2008, they worked as a Senior Sales Engineer, taking care of technical content, proposal processes, and serving as the technical liaison for customers.

Prior to their roles at Level 3 Communications, Miguel worked as a Project Engineer from July 2004 to July 2007, where they coordinated resources to deliver data and voice private network services. Miguel also managed sub-contractors and field engineers for last-mile access installations. From July 1999 to July 2004, they worked as a Support Engineer, providing technical support for various technologies and successfully establishing the first IP video conference between Venezuela and China.

Miguel Garcia began their education at Simón Bolívar University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from 1995 to 1999. Later, from 2005 to 2011, they pursued an Engineer's degree in Telecommunications Engineering at UNEFA, the National Experimental University of the Armed Forces in Caracas, Venezuela. In 2016, Miguel attended City Colleges of Chicago-Wilbur Wright College and earned an Associate's degree in Information Technology.
