Matt Pozos

Matt Pozos is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations, strategy, and recruitment. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Scout Exchange since August 2021, Matt leads efforts to rejuvenate a failing technology startup focused on matching recruiters with critical roles through a blend of AI and human curation. As Vice President of the West Region at Vitamin T, Matt oversees a $30MM creative and marketing recruiting operation, driving revenue and connecting professionals with firms. Additionally, Matt founded Nine Strategies Initiative to enhance leadership effectiveness across various domains. Previous roles include interim Director at Cielo Talent, Senior Director at Volt Workforce Solutions, and consulting positions in financial services. Matt holds a BA in Psychology and an MBA from Stanford University.
