Mike Dant

Mike Dant has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Mike currently works as a Program Manager - Civil at Aqueos Corporation since June 2023. Before that, they were employed at Ballard Marine Construction as a Senior Estimator from October 2022 to June 2023 and as a Project Manager/Estimator from April 2021 to March 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Project Manager of Marine Construction and Diving at Advanced American Construction from March 2020 to April 2021.

From November 2012 to March 2020, Mike worked at Ballard Marine Construction as a Project Manager/Estimator and also served as a Dive Supervisor/Superintendent during the same period. Mike gained commercial diving experience at Global Diving & Salvage, Inc. from January 2014 to May 2017, Underwater Resources Inc. from May 2012 to June 2016, Power Engineering Construction Co. from September 2013 to May 2016, and Diving Services Incorporated from November 2011 to March 2012.

Mike's career began as a Journeyman Carpenter/Foreman at Walsh Construction Co. from August 2005 to February 2011, and they worked as a Carpenter at Key Way Corp. from January 2001 to August 2005.

Mike Dant attended the Commercial Diving Academy in 2011, where they earned a diploma in Air/Mixed Gas Commercial Diving. Prior to that, they studied at the Pacific Northwest Carpenters Institute from 2005 to 2009 and obtained a Journeyman Carpenter Certification in the field of Carpentry/Carpenter.
