Prajwal K P has been working in the customer success and program management field since 2011. Prajwal began their career as an Implementation Consultant at Replicon, where they were responsible for engaging and managing customer accounts, creating business requirements documents, and overseeing the successful implementation of Replicon's product suite. Prajwal then moved on to INTELLILEAP SOLUTIONS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED as a Program Manager - Customer Success. Currently, they are working as a Customer Success Manager at Aquera.
