Santosh Kumar has been working in the Information Technology industry since 2010. Santosh began their career as an Information Developer at Triumph India Software Services Pvt Ltd, where they prepared and reviewed technical documents for various clients. Santosh then moved to Ideal Invent, where they created online help by collaborating with the product development team. In 2012, Santosh joined JDA Software as a Technical Writer, where they analysed, developed, and delivered information for the e-commerce product. Santosh then moved to Novell as a Senior Information Developer, where they performed usability testing and reviewed results from the viewpoint of customers. In 2016, Santosh took on the role of Information Technology Consultant at SAP, where they analysed the functional design of a service and collaborated with developers to customise the user interface based on business requirements. Santosh joined Saviynt in 2020 as a Senior Information Developer, and is currently working at Aquera in the same role.
Santosh Kumar completed their 10th grade from St. Teresa's School in 2003. Santosh then attended The Oxford Pre-University College and obtained a P.U.C in Science with Computers in 2005. After that, they attended Siddaganga Institute of Technology and obtained a B.E. in Mechanical in 2009. In 2017, they obtained an IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
