Lara Kemps

Lara Kemps is a seasoned clinical development professional with extensive experience in leading global clinical programs. Currently serving as Clinical Program Manager at Aquestive Therapeutics since January 2022, Lara previously held the position of Director of Clinical Development at AbbVie from May 2020 to July 2021 and at Allergan from March 2018 to May 2020. Early career roles included Associate Director at Actavis plc and Senior Manager for Clinical Studies at both Actavis and Warner Chilcott, where Lara directed clinical development activities and strategies. Lara began a career in clinical research as a Clinical Research Associate II, progressing through various roles that built strong leadership capabilities. Lara holds a Master of Physical Therapy and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Stockton University.
