Justin Butcher is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in air traffic management and aviation operations. Currently serving as the Customer Solutions Lead at Aquila Air Traffic Management Services since April 2022, Justin has also held roles as a Senior Customer Solutions Architect and Operations Service Architect, focusing on ensuring customer needs are met through expert input in solution design. Prior to this position, Justin worked as the Aviation Requirements Manager at the Maritime and Coastguard Agency, leading aviation technical requirements for UK Search and Rescue operations. With a distinguished 25-year career in the Royal Air Force, culminating in the rank of Wing Commander, Justin specialized in Air Operations and gained significant expertise in air traffic control, capability integration, and program management.
