Structured Finance Director at Aquila Clean Energy APAC

Kathryn Tsibulsky, CFA, is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Structured Finance Director at Aquila Clean Energy APAC since February 2024. Prior to this role, Kathryn spent nearly seven years as the Director of Debt Origination for Project and Structured Finance at Siemens Bank, where responsibilities included structuring and arranging finance for energy and infrastructure projects. As General Manager of Goldwind New Energy (HK) Investment Ltd. from March 2011 to April 2016, Kathryn played a key role in the first green bond issuance by a Chinese company and acted as a primary contact for the international financial community. Additional experience includes working as a Senior Associate at Jefferies & Co., where investment recommendations for high yield corporate bonds were developed. Kathryn holds a Master's degree in International Energy Management from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree from Cornell University, as well as a certificate in Data Visualization from the National University of Singapore.
