Netoshi Kuriyama

Netoshi Kuriyama currently serves as the Head of Japan for Aquila Clean Energy, overseeing investment and development in renewable energy, particularly in solar, wind, and energy storage. Previous experience includes serving as the Representative Director and Country Manager for Vestas Japan, as well as CEO of Sonnedix Japan where significant corporate re-branding was achieved. Kuriyama has also held leadership positions at BCPG Public Company Limited and SunEdison Japan, managing operations and facilitating key acquisitions. A seasoned investment banking professional, Kuriyama has directed efforts at ORIX Corporation, Merrill Lynch, Credit Suisse, and ING in various capacities, focusing on international power and utilities investments as well as structured finance. Educational credentials include a BA in Government Studies and Economics from Cornell University.
