Carlos Maroco Rodrigues is a highly experienced project development manager currently working at Aquila Clean Energy EMEA since September 2022. Previous roles include Head of Utility Easements at Value Element Engineering Solutions from January 2021 to September 2022 and Founder of terrasso from July 2018 to September 2022. Carlos has also served as a Field Service Technician GIS at CTGA - Centro Tecnológico de Gestão Ambiental, Lda, and ECOREDE Engenharia e Serviços, focusing on GIS data collection and integration. Prior experience includes project management at Plamane, Lda, where project development and geodata analysis were key responsibilities, and civil engineering roles at Traços Gerais - Reabilitação e Construção Lda and Câmara Municipal de Castelo Branco. Carlos holds a Master’s degree in Engenharia Civil from Universidade da Beira Interior and a Postgraduate Degree in Property Management and Real Estate Valuations from Coimbra Business School | ISCAC.
