Daniel Schneider is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in fund management, equity investments, and asset management. Currently serving as Senior Fund Manager for Clean Energy and Fund Manager for Hydropower at Aquila Capital since July 2021, Daniel specializes in managing clean energy and hydropower assets. Prior experience includes a role as Investment Manager at Marcard, Stein & Co, focusing on equity investments in small and medium enterprises (SMEs), M&A, venture capital, private equity, infrastructure, and renewables. Earlier positions include a trainee and intern at M.M. Warburg & CO and internships at Deutsche Bank, HSBC, EY, and BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions, covering various aspects of finance and banking. Daniel holds a Master of Science in International Business with a focus on Finance from Maastricht University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Cologne.
