Guillaume Lasserre, CFA, has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Guillaume is currently employed at Aquila Capital, where they hold the position of Head of Investment Management - Aquila Clean Energy EMEA since July 2023. Prior to this, they served as an Investment Director with the same company from June 2020 to June 2023, and as an Investment Manager from June 2018 to May 2020.
Before joining Aquila Capital, they worked at Nordex Group as a Transaction Manager from November 2015 to May 2018. Prior to that, they gained valuable experience at EY, where they served in the Transaction Advisory Services division from April 2012 to October 2015.
Earlier in their career, Guillaume worked at Crédit Agricole CIB as an Analyst in both Leveraged Finance and Financial Planning & Analysis roles from December 2009 to January 2012.
Their career journey began with an internship at UniCredit, where they worked in the Leveraged Finance division from March 2008 to December 2008.
Guillaume Lasserre, CFA holds a Master degree in Management and Finance from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL, which they obtained from 2005 to 2008. In 2007, they also completed a visiting student program at The University of Edinburgh, focusing on Economics and Finance. Prior to that, they earned an Associate Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, and Computer Programming from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL, graduating between 2003 and 2005. Guillaume is also a CFA Charterholder, having obtained this certification from the CFA Institute in 2014.
