Karsten Wehmeier

Karsten Wehmeier is an experienced professional in investment management, currently serving as Team Head of Operations Investment Management at Aquila Capital since July 2019. Aquila Capital focuses on the investment and management of essential assets, particularly in clean energy and sustainable infrastructure. Prior to this role, Wehmeier held positions as Senior Manager at Wentzel Dr. Real Estate Services GmbH and Investment Manager at MPC Capital AG, where responsibilities included real estate investment and asset management. Wehmeier's educational background includes degrees in Business Administration from Leuphana University of Lüneburg, real estate asset management from the University of Regensburg, and participation in the Biomedical Exchange Program at the International Academy of Life Sciences, along with an Academic Year completed through a DAAD Scholarship at Tufts University.
