Bart Matheney

Bart Matheney has extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry. Bart is currently the Principal and Co-Founder of AQUILA Commercial, LLC, a company they helped establish in 2007. Prior to this, Bart worked as a Senior Vice President at CBRE from 2001 to 2006, where they established a successful Landlord Services Team and brokered various high-profile buildings in Austin. Bart also held a position as a Director at Insignia from 1995 to 2001. Throughout their career, Bart has demonstrated expertise in areas such as asset strategy and planning, property leasing and marketing, complex lease negotiations, and local market knowledge.

Bart Matheney attended the Texas McCombs School of Business from 1978 to 1983, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree. Bart'sfield of study focused on Finance and PLM.
