Blake Patterson

Blake Patterson's work experience includes:

- Prior to that, served as Vice President at HPI Corporate Services from July 2008 to October 2016.

- Worked as a Senior Associate at Primus Real Estate from 2006 to 2008.

- Started their career as a Broker Associate at CB Richard Ellis from 2002 to 2006.

- Initially started at Insignia Financial Group as a Broker Associate from 2000 to 2002, before it was acquired by CBRE.

- Prior to their career in real estate, Blake Patterson was a Founding Member, Bass Player, and Songwriter for the college rock/pop band Javelin Boot. Blake was involved in various responsibilities such as singing, playing bass, songwriting, booking tours, and driving the van from 1978 to 1998.
