Vivien Jain

Vivien Jain has extensive work experience in the legal and financial regulatory services field. Vivien started their career as a Juristischer Mitarbeiter at Boehmert & Boehmert in 2009. Afterwards, they worked as a Juristischer Mitarbeiter at Alston & Bird LLP for a short period. In 2010, they joined PwC as a Financial Regulatory Services, Juristin. After four years, Vivien joined Aquila AG in 2014, initially as the Head of Legal Compliance & Risk. Recently, they have taken on the role of CEO at Aquila AG.

Vivien Jain completed a Master's degree in Rechtswissenschaften from the University of Lucerne from 2003 to 2008. Subsequently, in 2011 and 2012, they attended Fund Academy AG in Zürich and obtained a Dipl. Swiss Fund Officer FA/IAF degree. In 2013 and 2014, they pursued further education at Universität Zürich and received a CAS in Banking & Finance Law.
