Jarek Tkaczyk

Jarek Tkaczyk is a seasoned technology professional and co-founder at AQUILA.is as of October 2023, with extensive experience in engineering leadership and software development. Previously serving as Head of Engineering at Aspire from September 2019 to March 2023, Jarek scaled engineering teams globally and implemented significant process improvements, including Continuous Delivery and the introduction of DevOps practices. Past roles include Tech Lead at BeMyGuest, where Jarek integrated connectivity teams and built B2B APIs, as well as Software Team Lead at DevPark, focusing on team leadership and software architecture. Jarek's foundational experience includes founding GoHolidays and managing tourism-related product operations in Poland.
