Federico Marturano has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the media industry. Federico is currently a Portfolio Manager at Aquila, starting in January 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Atex from 2011 to 2018, holding multiple positions including CEO, General Manager for the South Region, Managing Director for Atex Italy, Southern Europe & Asiapac, and Head of Global Sales. During their tenure at Atex, they successfully achieved all sales targets and implemented a digital sales proposition.

Before Atex, Federico served as CEO of Unione Editoriale SpA from 2009 to 2011. In this role, they led a comprehensive transformation of the company's business model and organizational structure, focusing on digitalization and expanding content offerings. Federico also played a key role in the complete digitalization of the TV production chain.

Federico's career began in 1999 at Jumpy S.p.A, where they worked as a Product Manager until 2001. Federico then joined monrif net as Managing Director, overseeing the reshaping of the digital offer within the Group and optimizing content and commercial operations.

In 2007, they founded Italia News srl and served as a founder until 2011.
