Alexandre Huat

Alexandre Huat is a Data Scientist at AQUILAB by Coexya since November 2018, where Alexandre also serves as a Medical Data Science Cifre Ph.D. student, focusing on the research of radiomic signatures in head-and-neck and lung cancers treated with radiotherapy through machine learning methods. This work is part of the Protontherapy and Radiomics for Personalized medicine in Oncology project, collaborating with the Functional Image Quantization research lab and Henri Becquerel Unicancer Centre. Prior experience includes a Computer Science Research Intern position at Inria, where Alexandre improved a privacy-preserving algorithm, and a Junior Lead Python Developer role at INSA Rouen Normandie, where project contributions involved developing a Python GUI for cancer CT scan segmentation. Additional internships include a Data Scientist Intern role at VEKIA and a Production Workman internship at RESSORTS MASSELIN. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Université de Rouen, an IT Engineer's degree in Information Systems Architectures from INSA Rouen Normandy, and a Master of Science by Research in Data Science and Engineering.
