Parag Bhide

Parag Bhide is a partner in the transactional practice group at AQUILAW in Mumbai, where they focus on corporate M&A. With prior experience as a partner at Bharucha & Partners and counsel at Trilegal, Parag has a robust background in general corporate law. They have also held senior positions at Khaitan & Co and Advaya Legal, where they advised clients on a wide range of transactions and legal compliance issues. Parag is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Laws at the University of Mumbai, a Master in Business Laws at the National Law School of India University, and is also studying to become a Company Secretary through the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
