Shawna J.

Shawna J. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Shawna began their career at Wescott Communications in 1989, where they served as a Producer, Writer, and Project Manager for various educational programs targeted towards emergency medical and fire service personnel. Shawna then joined Sky TV in 1995 as a Senior Producer, where they excelled in building new business relationships and overseeing production in the West Coast Office. In 2001, they moved on to Liquid Events, where they worked as a Marketing & Event Manager, responsible for coordinating and planning all aspects of events and creating marketing plans. Shawna then joined SK Movement, Inc. in 2005, where they served as a Marketing Manager, helping put the studio on the map in San Francisco. Shawna also played a key role in creating grassroots marketing campaigns and increasing clientele. From 2008 to 2014, Shawna worked at Liquid Marin as a Manager, overseeing marketing campaigns and nurturing relationships with vendors. Their most recent role is at AQUIS Hair Care, where they have been the Sr. Director of Mass Channels since 2015. In this role, Shawna has been instrumental in rethinking hair care practices and designing clean and efficacious products.

Shawna J. attended the University of North Texas from 1987 to 1991 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Radio, TV & Film. Shawna specialized in the field of Radio and Television Broadcasting & Film. Prior to that, from 1984 to 1990, they also attended the University of North Texas and earned a Bachelor's degree, with a focus on Radio and Television.
