Andrey Z.

Andrey Z. has been working in the tech industry since 2011. Andrey began their career as a Sales Representative at JSC “ER-Telecom Holding” before moving on to Bosch Service Solutions as a Technical Support Engineer in 2012. In 2013, they joined Kaspersky as a Project Manager, Customer Service Manager, and Senior Technical Support Engineer. In 2021, they joined Aquiva Labs as a Technical Project Manager. In their role at Kaspersky, their key responsibilities included processing incoming B2C escalations from first and second level support teams, providing 3rd level support technical diagnostics and solutions, registering and testing new product bugs, and monitoring crisis situations to provide swift solutions or proper issue escalation. Andrey was also the only team member promoted to provide advanced technical training for support teams.

Andrey Z. obtained a Master's degree in Aircraft Engineering from Kazan National Research Technical University named after A.N.Tupolev – KAI between 2010 and 2019. In addition, they obtained a certification in Kaspersky Windows Home Products 2016 from Kaspersky Lab in October 2015.
