Samuel Eberts III

F. Samuel Eberts III serves as the Lead Independent Director and Chair of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee at DIH Technology Co., a leader in robotics and virtual reality technology for rehabilitation and human performance. As a Partner at Market Street HealthCare Partners since August 2022 and CEO of Daerter Group LLC since 2013, Eberts supports innovative healthcare ventures and advisory services. Eberts also acts as a Senior Advisor at Invescore, a Senior Lecturing Fellow at Duke University School of Law, and holds various board positions, including Independent Director and Board Chair at Synergy VetPet and a member of the Board of Trustees at Endicott College. Eberts contributes to the National Small Business Association's Leadership Council and the Advisory Board of the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars. Eberts earned a Juris Doctor degree from Boston University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from Loyola University Chicago.
