David Ruppert is a highly experienced professional in the energy and legal sectors, currently serving as Managing Partner at AQYRE Energy since May 2016, where responsibilities include business development and operational support. As a self-employed Litigation & Transactional Attorney and Independent Land Services Professional since 2010, David has successfully represented clients in energy development projects, focusing on land use lease acquisition and contract negotiations. In addition, David founded CoMin Inv. LLC in 2011, specializing in distressed mineral rights. Prior experience includes a role as a Certified Criminal Defense Intern at the Colorado State Public Defender, and Development Director for the iSun Foundation, where skills in legal advocacy and nonprofit development were honed. David holds two Juris Doctor degrees from Michigan State University College of Law and University of Denver, as well as a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Northern Colorado.
