Olena Variacheva

Olena Variacheva is a professional with diverse experience in management and human resources. Currently serving as a Special Assistant at AR-Generation since March 2023, Variacheva previously held roles at UPG Conglomerates from 2018 to 2022 as a Coach and HR Business Partner, as well as a Team Lead. Prior to this, Variacheva worked as an Innovations Department Expert at Fozzy Group in 2017. Educationally, Variacheva holds a Bachelor's degree in Management of Foreign Economic Activities and a Master's degree in Innovation Management from the State University of Trade and Economics, along with a Bachelor's degree in Germanic Languages and Literature, with English as the first language.
