Arkansas Democrat-Gazette
Alexander Topich is an experienced columnist and educator with a strong background in film and disability services. Currently serving as a weekly columnist for the Style section of the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette since August 2022, Alexander has also worked with Easter Seals Inc. providing support to mentally and physically challenged individuals since August 2005. As an adjunct faculty member at the University of Central Arkansas from January 2017 to December 2020, Alexander taught Screenwriting and Cinema History while participating in the Faculty Senate as a representative for Part Time Faculty. Earlier experience includes a role as a Teacher's Assistant at Arkansas State University-Beebe from August 2005 to December 2006. Alexander holds a Master of Fine Arts in Film from the University of Central Arkansas (2012-2015) and a Bachelor's Degree in Digital Filmmaking from the same institution (2007-2010).
