Flavia also worked as an Italy "Consumer & Market Insights" Manager, managing consumer insights and initiatives qualification for multiple P&G categories. Flavia later became a Senior Manager in various "Consumer & Market Insights" roles, including Italy/Greece, Europe Business Optimization, Europe Brand Operations, and Italy Sales. In these roles, they led consumer, shopper, and market analysis, developed opportunity analysis, and guided go-to-market strategies. Flavia also worked as a Global Technical Innovation "Consumer & Market Insights" Senior Manager, leading the evaluation and pilot of new capabilities to optimize media/digital investments and drive reach and brand penetration.
In addition to their roles at Procter & Gamble, Flavia co-founded AR Market in 2018, where they serve as the COO, and co-founded Block Buy in 2020.
Flavia D'Altrui completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Università degli Studi 'Gabriele d'Annunzio' di Chieti between 1982 and 1986.
