Thomas Jones

Thomas Jones is an experienced professional in quantity surveying and project management, currently serving as a University Lecturer at Ara Institute of Canterbury since January 2022 and as Principal at Thomas Jones & Co Ltd since January 2020. Prior roles include Managing Surveyor and Claims Consultant at Construction Cost Consultants from August 2016 to January 2020, and Project Director for the Major Facilities Rebuild Unit at Christchurch City Council from July 2012 to August 2016, overseeing significant projects within a $2 billion rebuild initiative.
