With a strong background in reservoir engineering and business strategy, Thomas's extensive experience spans over three decades across multiple companies, including Shell and Petroleum Development Oman, where significant contributions to oil field development and regulatory frameworks were made. Thomas holds an MBA in Business Administration and an MSc in Physics from the University of Twente.
