Amro Albanna

Amro Albanna is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer relations and service. Currently serving as a Senior Customers Relationship Officer at Arab Bank since July 2016, Amro has progressed through various roles including Senior Customer Relations Officer, Premium Relation Officer, and Customer Relations Officer. Prior to this, Amro worked at TCHE TCHE cafe as a Cashier Officer from September 2015 to June 2016, and held the position of Call Center Supervisor at Jordan American Food Company (JAFCO) from June 2012 to February 2015. Amro holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Jordan, obtained in December 2015.
