Saleem Shadeed has extensive work experience in the banking industry. Saleem worked at Arab Bank from 2005 to 2010, where they held the positions of Credit Manager in the Credit: Gulf, International, and Subsidiaries Department, and later as the Senior Vice President - Regional Credit Head. In these roles, they were responsible for managing the credit portfolios of various branches and subsidiaries of Arab Bank, evaluating credit facilities and proposals, and overseeing a team of portfolio managers and analysts.
In 2015, Saleem joined Arab Bank Australia as a Board Member, serving on the Risk and Audit Committees. Saleem played a key role in establishing the bank's governance structure and setting its risk appetite.
Saleem Shadeed completed their education in a chronological order, starting with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Yarmouk University from 1986 to 1990. Saleem then pursued a Higher Diploma in Mathematics at the University of Jordan from 1990 to 1992. Finally, in 1998 to 1999, they obtained an MBA in International Business from Charles Sturt University.
