Ziad Deek Cams

Ziad Deek, CAMS, is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in developing and implementing compliance programs across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Compliance Specialist at the Arab Fund for Economic and Social Development since April 2022, Ziad is responsible for ensuring adherence to relevant legislation and best practices. Prior to this role, Ziad held significant positions at Arabia Insurance Company, first as Compliance & Risk Manager and previously as Compliance Manager, where responsibilities included managing compliance risks and continuously updating the compliance framework. Ziad's career also includes freelance consulting for compliance and anti-money laundering programs, as well as various roles at Banque de l'Habitat, where Ziad oversaw compliance, insurance, and credit departments. Ziad holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from Lebanese University and a French Baccalaureate from Lycee Franco-Libanais de Beyrouth.
