Ayman Karam has held various roles in the banking industry since 2008. Ayman began their career at Barclays Bank Egypt, where they served as an Account Opening Officer, Customer Service Representative by Contact Center, and Service Quality Officer. In these roles, they audited departments, ensured customer satisfaction, and provided comprehensive services to customers. In 2013, Ayman joined Arab Investment Bank, starting as a Senior VIP Customer Service and Wealth Management specialist. Ayman managed the top 50 VIP customers' portfolios across all branches and reported directly to the VIP Customer Service General Manager. Ayman later transitioned to roles in Retail Operations Finance and Retail Credit Administration in the Risk Sector, where they demonstrated expertise in financial operations and risk management.
Ayman Karam achieved their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from Cairo University between 2003 and 2007. Following this, they pursued further education at The Arab Academy For Management, Banking And Financial Sciences from 2010 to 2012, where they completed an MBA in the English Section with a focus on Finance.
