Adnan Ma'Aitah

Adnan Ma'aitah has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Adnan started their career at Royal Jordanian in 1996, where they served as the Director of HR Planning and Development for a period of 14 years. In 2010, they joined IKEA Saudi Arabia as the Human Resources Country Manager, a role they held for two years. Since 2012, they have been working at Arab Potash co as the VP Human Resources and Corporate Affairs.

Adnan Ma'aitah earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Jordan from 1990 to 1995. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in Human Resources at NYIT from 2006 to 2008.
