Zaidoun abu-Hassan

Zaidoun Abu-hassan has extensive experience in finance and investment, currently serving as a Board Member at Arab Potash Company since April 2023, while simultaneously holding the position of Director of Private Equity and Project Finance at the Social Security Investment Fund since December 2002. Zaidoun played a critical role in establishing the Fund, overseeing all aspects from inception, including recruitment and system selection. Previous roles include Strategic Investments Advisor at Social Security Corporation, Contracts Manager at United Business Machines, Director of Finance at Jaidah Group, Director General at Orient Arts Ceramics, and Preferred Banking Officer at Bank of America. Zaidoun holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from the University of Southern California, earned between 1985 and 1988.
