Rasha Aweiss

Rasha Aweiss is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and program management across various sectors. Currently serving as Associate Director of Partner Solutions at Arabella Advisors since April 2018, Rasha has progressed through several roles including Program Manager and Office Manager. Prior experience includes HR and Office Manager at Polymorph, where Rasha managed company expenditures and recruitment processes, and Account and Operations Manager at Panorama Baking Company, overseeing multi-million dollar accounts. Rasha began a career in education as an After School Program Teacher at Sylvan Learning Centers and gained valuable planning experience as an intern with the City of Emeryville. Rasha holds a Master's degree in City and Regional Planning from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from UC Irvine.
